Training day 2019
- The 13th Apprenticeship Day at Fritz Winter took place on August 31, 2019. The event serves to present the company and its diverse training opportunities to students, their families, teachers and all other interested parties. As the largest training company in the region, it is our goal to give our trainees a good start in their careers.

The focus of this year's Training Day was on our new training center. The conversion or extension of our new training center was completed after a year of construction. The grand opening already took place on 27.08.2019. On the day of the training The new training center opened for the first time its gate for the public and invited to a inspection.
The visitors received an insight into the 14 training occupations with Fritz winter. As in previous years, the plant tour offered was particularly popular. In small groups, the visitors were guided in a 45 - minute tour through the production halls of the iron foundry, where they could follow the process steps from the delivery of scrap to the mold production and the casting process to the finishing of the finished castings.
The program was rounded off by a casting exhibition, a smoothie bar and snacks from the grill. A very special highlight this year was a drone pilot. Here, our visitors were able to take a look at our plant from the air and be inspired by the latest technology.
We hope that the students and their families were well informed about our training opportunities and are pleased with the numerous applications submitted.
The Fritz Winter training program includes many exciting activities that our trainees themselves help to design and organize. Take full advantage of the training and career opportunities provided and get excited about a bright professional future with us as a skilled worker. After their training, there will then be opportunities to fill specialist and management positions in our company.
