Training Day 2018 - Fit for the future at Fritz Winter
- On 25.08.2018 the 12th day of training took place at Fritz Winter. We are very happy about this successful day. The event serves to present the company with its diverse training opportunities to students, their families, teachers and all other interested parties.

As the largest training company in the region, it is our goal to offer our trainees a good qualification in their chosen training profession.
The visitors were given an insight into the 14 different training professions offered at Fritz Winter. As in previous years, the plant tour offered was particularly popular. In small groups, the visitors were guided in an approx. 45 - minute tour through the production halls of the iron foundry, where they could follow the steps from the delivery of scrap to the mold production and the casting process to the finishing of the finished castings.
The program was rounded off by a casting exhibition, a smoothie bar, small snacks from the grill and two racing simulators. In addition, our trainees came up with a raffle with attractive prizes.
We hope to have informed the students and their families well about the training opportunities and are pleased that we were able to arouse the interest of one or the other to enter the working life at Fritz Winter. Our training offer includes many exciting activities, which our trainees themselves help to design and organize.
