More than 62,000 runners from more than 2,400 companies took part in the 5.6-kilometer race, whose motto is "Team spirit, communication, fairness and collegiality". Part of the registration fee goes to projects run by Deutsche Sporthilfe (German Sports Aid) and Deutsche Behindertensportjugend (German Sports Youth for the Disabled). Apart from the good cause, it is not so much the athletic performance that counts, but rather that the runners have fun and that the team spirit among the employees is strengthened. For this also the numerous "Partypoints" in the green plants behind the goal.

Punctually at 19:30 o'clock ran the first runners after the starting signal loose. With it running-enthusiastic coworkers of Fritz winter. Once a year, work clothes, suit and tie are exchanged for shorts and running shirts. The team consists of employees, across all departments and age groups.

The first employee ran after 25 minutes over the finish line and was loudly cheered on by numerous Frankfurt residents and some colleagues at the finish line. After all employees had successfully completed the course, they gathered at Fritz Winter's PartyPoint for a cosy get-together.
