“A WARM WELCOME - TRAINING AT FRITZ WINTER” - under this motto and symbolically in the form of the Fritz Winter logo, on Monday, August 19, the new apprentices, dual students and FOS interns at Fritz Winter were welcomed for the first time.

For a total of over 50 new Winterianer in twelve different apprenticeships, two dual study programs and three FOS subjects, the start into a new phase of life and thus into professional life was imminent. The management, HR management, training and development team, works council and youth and trainee representatives welcomed our new arrivals.

To ensure a successful start, the following days will be spent onboarding with various activities in and around the Fritz Winter Training Center. In the fall, the trainees and their supervisors will travel to a joint team-building event to strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
