Klaus J. Rudolph took up his post as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Fritz Winter Eisengießerei on 8 July 2026. Together with Managing Directors Ralf von Hörsten and Dr Michael Keppel, he will shape the company’s future development.

The experienced manager has more than 30 years’ leadership experience in national and international industrial companies. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Max Aicher Group. Other positions in his career have included roles at Swoboda Technologies, the Erwin Hymer Group, Saint-Gobain and Boehringer Ingelheim.

“We are delighted to welcome Klaus J. Rudolph to Fritz Winter. His experience will provide valuable support to our company as it faces upcoming challenges and continues to develop,” says Dr Thilo Theilen, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Fritz Winter would also like to thank Thomas Giese, who has served as interim managing director over the past few months and provided significant support to the company during a challenging period.
