The Fritz Winter Eisengießerei considers the company-wide occupational health and safety strategy to be an important contribution to both individual well-being and corporate success, also against the backdrop of demographic change.
In recent years, for example, a company health management system has been introduced that has triggered numerous projects to promote the individual health of our employees. Among other things, this has consistently driven forward the dovetailing of occupational health and safety for employees.
In order to stabilize and optimize the necessary processes, it was decided to introduce an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with DIN ISO 45001 and to commission its certification for the 1st quarter of 2022. This is another important milestone within the framework of the mission statement for occupational health and safety at Fritz Winter.
