Reinforcement for the Supervisory Board: Dr. Thilo Theilen brings valuable expertise to Fritz Winter
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Thilo Theilen as a new member of our Supervisory Board.
Dr. Theilen is a proven expert in the management and strategic realignment of manufacturing companies. His extensive experience, particularly in the steel and automotive supply industries, makes him the ideal candidate to support the further development of Fritz Winter. He joins the Supervisory Board as the successor to Michael Goldbacher, who stepped down as Chairman of the Supervisory Board on June 24. On June 27, Dr. Theilen was also elected as the new Chairman.
We are convinced that Dr. Theilen's input will make a decisive contribution to the continued successful shaping of our transformation. His perspective will help us to shape a sustainable and successful future.
