As early as 1976, the so-called "pension scheme" was launched as a company pension by the company founder Fritz Winter. In doing so, he was far ahead of his time. Nowadays, old-age provision is more important than ever due to the private provision required by the state. However, the pension scheme of 1976 no longer meets the requirements that are placed on pension provision today.

For this reason, the works council and the management of Fritz Winter Eisengießerei have jointly sought a solution to adapt the pension scheme to today's conditions. The result of these negotiations is the "Fritz Winter company pension", which was signed in the form of a company agreement on December 1, 2021 by the two contracting parties in the Parkhotel in Stadtallendorf and concluded in January with the ceremonial handover of the individual employee policies.

Participation in the Fritz Winter company pension is voluntary for employees and offers a secure, employer-subsidized opportunity to provide for old age.
