Gabi Wilwers joins the management of Fritz Winter Eisengießerei

There are personnel changes within the management of Fritz Winter Eisengießerei. The Supervisory Board has appointed Gabi Wilwers as Managing Director with effect from February 1. She will be responsible for Finance and Controlling in future, succeeding Jörg Müller. As part of the personnel changes, Jörg Müller, previously responsible for Finance and Controlling within the Management Board, will leave the company by mutual agreement on January 31, 2025.

Jörg Müller is leaving the Management Board at his own request. "We would like to thank Jörg Müller for his outstanding work and tireless commitment. He has played a key role in shaping the strategic development of Fritz Winter and contributed to setting the future course within the company. We wish Jörg Müller all the best for the future, both personally and professionally," explains Michael Goldbacher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fritz Winter Eisengießerei.

Jörg Müller will be succeeded by Gabi Wilwers. She joined the company on January 1, 2025, so that an orderly transition could be ensured. The business administration graduate will be responsible for finance and controlling and will act as the central point of contact for banks, insurance companies and auditors. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including management positions at Ferrostaal GmbH, The Coatinc Company Holding GmbH and Oventrop GmbH & Co. KG, Gabi Wilwers brings extensive expertise and in-depth know-how to her new role.
