Fritz Winter receives first "Green Loan Certificate
- The Fritz Winter Iron Foundry has received the first so-called Green Loan Certificates for its efforts to invest predominantly in climate-friendly machinery and equipment.

The Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr. Jörg Rumikewitz, together with the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ulf M. Kranz, received a total of 5 certificates with a volume of more than € 50 million from IKB Deutsche Industriekreditbank.
This money has already flowed in the past years, among other things, in energy-efficient processing machines in the technology center brakes in Stadtallendorf and in the US site Fritz Winter North America in Franklin, Kentucky, as well as in environmentally friendly technologies such as ecoCasting.
Mr. Steffen Volk, member of the management of IKB in Frankfurt, handed over the certificates ceremoniously in Stadtallendorf. It proves that Fritz Winter Eisengießerei meets the requirements for "green loans" with its financing. The renowned "Center for International Climate Research" based in Oslo (CICERO) has confirmed this to the lending bank.
