Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Teamleiter Finanz-Controlling übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der finanziellen Steuerung und strategischen Planung unseres Unternehmens:

  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Steuerung und die strategische Planung des Unternehmens
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des unterstellten Teams
  • Erstellung von Budget-, Forecast- und Investitionsplanungen
  • Analyse von Kostenstrukturen, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Rentabilität sowie Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Projekten und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Entwicklung von Steuerungsinstrumenten zur Verbesserung der finanziellen Transparenz
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management, Banken und den Aufsichtsrat
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Reporting- und Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer integrierten Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Identifizieren und Vorantreiben von Optimierungsprojekten

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz- und Unternehmensplanung sowie im Kosten- und Leistungsrechnungssystem
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und die Befähigung, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, Strukturen zu schaffen und nachhaltige Impulse zu setzen
