Ihre Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll, vielseitig und mit Entwicklungsperspektive:

 

Operative Aufgaben:

 

  • Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personalstammdaten und abrechnungsrelevanten Informationen in SAP HCM
  • Steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Beurteilung und Buchung von Entgeltbestandteilen
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, z. B. für Sozialversicherungsträger, Behörden und Mitarbeitende
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung, Elternzeit, Mutterschutz und Altersvorsorge
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Zeitwirtschaft, Buchhaltung und HR Business Partnern
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten im Bereich Payroll und Entgeltabrechnung

 

Strategische Aufgaben:

 

  • Controlling, Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Reports für das Management – zur Ableitung personalwirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abrechnungsprozessen und HR-Systemen – mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Compliance
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Kolleg*innen im Payroll-Team – Unterstützung bei komplexen Abrechnungsfällen und Schulung bei Sonderthemen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen Stakeholdern wie Finance, Controlling und IT sowie externen Prüfinstanzen (z. B. Sozialversicherung, Wirtschaftsprüfung)

 

 

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte*r, Fachfrau/mann für Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Payroll, idealerweise mit SAP HCM
  • Sicheres Wissen im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und einem hohen Maß an Diskretion und Serviceorientierung
