Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Prüfen, Bereitstellen und Bedienen von Betriebsmitteln und Werkzeugen wie Strahlkabine, Putz- und Kratzwerkzeugen, Mess- und Prüfmitteln sowie Endoskop

  • Durchführen der Kratzkontrolle an Hydraulik- und Gussgehäusen einschließlich Sichtprüfung, Kennzeichnung von Fehlstellen, Strahlen der Innenkanäle sowie Kontrollieren von Bohrungen und Kanälen

  • Ausführen der Putzkontrolle an komplexen Gussgehäusen im Innen- und Außenbereich einschließlich Entfernen von Graten, Vererzungen, Schülpen und Hitzesprüngen

  • Anwenden von Prüfverfahren wie Härte-, Ultraschall-, Riss-, Dichtigkeitsprüfungen sowie Messen von Wandstärken

  • Sortieren, Kennzeichnen, Palettieren, Verpacken der Bauteile nach Vorgabe sowie Dokumentieren der Prüfergebnisse und Melden von Abweichungen

 

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Gussbearbeitung von Vorteil

  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise nach klaren Vorgaben

  • Teamfähigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
