Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Kunden- und Investitionsprojekten inkl. Überwachung des Projektbudgets (in time) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter
  • Erstellung von Projekt-/Produktkalkulationen (Angebots-, mitlaufende Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation), Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Laufendes Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Kosten-, Termin- und Leistungsüberwachung sowie Identifizierung von Einsparpotentialen
  • Analyse von Abweichungen, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Budgetüberschreitungen sowie Erarbeitung von Steuerungs- und Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Sparringspartner des Projektmanagements bei Entscheidungsprozessen durch das Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen, Durchführung von Restkostenabschätzungen und das Erstellen von Prognosen sowie laufende Steuerung des Projektbudgets
  • Erstellung von Reports, Ergebnisanalysen und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Produktion, Einkauf und Finanzabteilung

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling und/oder Projektmanagement im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Automotive
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (insbesondere SAP PS) und MS Office (speziell Excel)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Befähigung, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, Strukturen zu schaffen und nachhaltige Impulse zu setzen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
