Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anlagen, Aggregate und Betriebsmittel für den Fertigungsprozess nach Vorgaben einstellen sowie Fertigungsparameter überwachen
  • Schmelz- und Warmhalteöfen sowie Wasserleitsysteme kontinuierlich kontrollieren, Messungen durchführen und Abweichungen korrigieren
  • Roh- und Hilfsstoffe transportieren, Gattierungsboxen bestücken sowie Behälter fachgerecht austauschen
  • Qualitätsprüfungen nach Vorgaben durchführen, Messergebnisse dokumentieren und erforderliche Korrekturmaßnahmen umsetzen
  • Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten nach Plan durchführen sowie Störungen beheben oder an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen weiterleiten
  • Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten unterstützen sowie Bauteile und Verschleißteile nach Vorgabe austauschen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene zweijährige fachspezifische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Schmelzbetrieb
  • Gültiger Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einer warmen Produktionsumgebung
  • Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb sowie an Wochenenden
