Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen, Überwachen und Bestücken von Produktionsanlagen im Serienfertigungsprozess
  • Vermessen, Justieren und Wechseln von Werkzeugen und Spannmitteln nach Vorgabe
  • Einleiten einfacher Korrekturmaßnahmen (z.B. Werkzeugverschleißkorrektur)
  • Durchführen von Maß-, Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen nach festgelegten Prüfstandards und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
  • Durchführen von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in der Metallbearbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Wünschenswert: Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen oder automatisierten Fertigungssystemen
