Die nachfolgend aufgeführten Tätigkeiten werden nach vorheriger Unterweisung bzw. unter Anleitung ausgeführt und orientieren sich an klar vorgegebenen Arbeitsabläufen, festgelegten Standards sowie betrieblichen Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben: 

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen, Überwachen und Vorbereiten von Produktionsanlagen nach vorgegebenen Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Bereitstellen, Prüfen und Wechseln von Werkzeugen, Betriebsmitteln und Materialien
  • Unterstützen bei der Herstellung und Vorbereitung von Gussteilen sowie Formwerkzeugen
  • Durchführen einfacher Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Transport von Materialien und Betriebsmitteln, ggf. auch Flüssigeisen, nach entsprechender Einweisung
  • Erkennen, Melden und im vorgegebenen Rahmen Beheben einfacher Störungen
  • Durchführen von Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und einfachen TPM-Tätigkeiten nach Plan
  • Einhalten der Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Ordnung und Sauberkeit

 

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion oder im technischen/handwerklichen Bereich wünschenswert
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Arbeitsmitteln, Anlagen und Qualitätsvorgaben
