Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bedienen und Überwachen einer automatisierten CNC-Bearbeitungslinie inkl. unterstützender Anlagen (z. B. Handlingsysteme, Wasch- und Prüfanlagen)
- Sicherstellen von Materialfluss, stabilem Takt und störungsarmem Ablauf nach vorgegebenen Prozessen
- Werkzeuge nach Vorgabe vorbereiten, wechseln, vermessen und Standzeiten überwachen
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Prozesskorrekturen im Rahmen definierter Toleranzen zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen Produktion
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Qualitätsergebnissen sowie Erkennen und Weiterleiten von Abweichungen
- Einfache Störungen im Ablauf erkennen und im Rahmen klarer Vorgaben beheben, komplexere Störungen weitergeben
- Reinigungs-, Pflege- und Kontrollarbeiten im Arbeitsumfeld durchführen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Maschinen oder automatisierten Anlagen wünschenswert
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
