Ihre Aufgaben
  • Optimierung des Einkaufscontrollings durch die Weiterentwicklung von KPIs, Standardberichten und Prozessen, insbesondere durch Digitalisierung.
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Einkaufsberichten, Forecasts, Budgets sowie Abweichungsanalysen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Materialkostenplanung und Identifikation von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen.
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführung von Planungs- und Steuerungs-Workshops sowie Unterstützung der Einkaufsgruppen bei der Zieldefinition und Zielsteuerung inkl. ,,Ad-hoc" - Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung an werksübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Kennzahlen und Reports.
  • Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements sowie Erstellung von Risikoanalysen und -berichten.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Einkaufscontrolling und/oder Risikomanagement.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP MM und BW (Erfahrungen in FI, SD, PP sind von Vorteil).
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, Access und Power BI.
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, Kostenbewusstsein und analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Prozessorientiertes, problemlösungsorientiertes Denken sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Teamfähigkeit, überzeugendes Kommunikationsvermögen und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
