Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung der Führungskräfte im gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozess
- Auswahl geeigneter Recruitingkanäle und der optimalen Sourcingstrategie, Entwicklung passgenauer Stellenanzeigen und Gewinnung geeignete Kandidaten via Active Sourcing etc.
- Sichtung der Bewerbungsunterlagen und Betreuung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses, Führen von Interviews, Prozessbegleitung bis zur Einstellung
- Konzeption sowie Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Employer Branding Maßnahmen
- Pre-/ und Onboarding der eingestellten Mitarbeiter und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Onboarding-Prozesses
- Pflege von Recruiting-KPIs sowie ständige Überprüfung und Verbesserung der genutzten Ansätze
- Ansprechpartner auf Recruiting-Messen und Veranstaltungen
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer fachrelevanten Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Full Life Cycle-Recruitments (White und Blue Collar)
- Sehr gute und aktuelle Kenntnisse des Marktes sowie über neue Recruiting Trends, Methoden etc.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung, Herzblut, Leidenschaft und Neugierde für Recruiting- und Employer Branding-Themen sowie das Interesse, den gesamten Recruitingprozess bei Fritz Winter weiterzuentwickeln und dabei auch eigenverantwortlich Themen anzugehen sowie voranzubringen
- Empathie, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationssicherheit mit internen und externen Partnern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
