Ihre Aufgaben

  • Förderung und Bearbeitung von Innovationen: Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Ausarbeitung von Erfindungsmeldungen aus dem gesamten Unternehmen und bearbeiten diese weiter.
  • Ausarbeitung von Patentanmeldungen: Eine Ihrer Hauptaufgaben ist die Erstellung, Formulierung und Betreuung von Patentanmeldungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Patentanwälten
  • Bestandsverwaltung und -prüfung: Sie prüfen bestehende Patente im Portfolio und bewerten deren Nutzungsmöglichkeiten
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit Controling bearbeiten und berechnen Sie die Erfindervergütungen
  • Sie bearbeiten Sachverhalte im Zusammenhang mit Patentstreitigkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Patentanwälten
  • Patentrecherchen: Im Rahmen von Technologieentwicklungen führen Sie eigenständig IP-Recherchen durch und nutzen dafür einschlägige Patent- und juristische Datenbanken

 

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Dipl.-Ing. oder vergleichbar).
  • Eine spezielle Zusatzausbildung oder nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Patentingenieur.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patentdatenbanken und in der Durchführung von IP-Recherchen.
  • Fähigkeit, bei Verhandlungen zur Erlangung von Schutzrechten zu unterstützen.
