Ihre Aufgaben:
- Vorbereiten und Rüsten der Anlagen, Transportpfannen und Werkzeuge nach Vorgabe
- Durchführung einfacher Sichtkontrollen sowie kleinere Ausbesserungsarbeiten
- Bedienen und Überwachen der Produktionsanlagen im laufenden Fertigungsprozess
- Unterstützung bei Werkzeugwechseln und beim Einstellen von Fertigungsparametern
- Durchführung von Eisentransporten mit dem Gießstapler sowie Befüllen von Pfannen und Öfen
- Unterstützung beim Gießprozess sowie Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten nach Anweisung
- Qualitätskontrollen nach Prüfplan durchführen und Ergebnisse erfassen
- Mitwirken bei Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Beseitigung kleinerer Störungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Produktionsfachkraft, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung im Bedienen von Maschinen oder Anlagen wünschenswert
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
