Our secret to success is based first and foremost on our employees. It is not for nothing that our company says: "Quality has a name with us, and 3,900 times over."

What is the biggest challenge in achieving this record time?

The biggest challenge is to master the complex foundry process and the associated sub-processes. This is where Fritz Winter's core competencies in product and tool development come in handy. In addition to these core competencies, the perfect interaction, as well as the scheduling and technical coordination between Fritz Winter, the customer and other service providers is very important.

How was the award received by your team?

Customer satisfaction is lived by our team. Receiving the award was a confirmation of this philosophy. The joy that their performance was honored by the award of our customer Daimler was accordingly great.
