On March 27, Fritz Winter welcomed eleven apprentices who had completed their training as young skilled workers to the company. The young specialists have completed their training in the iron foundry and are now starting in various specialist departments, including as cutting machine operators, foundry and industrial mechanics, technical model makers, industrial clerks and IT specialists.

Traditionally, the certificates were presented by Sebastian Hofmann, Head of Training and Further Education with his team of trainers, Dr. Rainald Dobbener and Thomas von Reth on behalf of the management, as well as Metin Bal and Ibrahim Kay from the works council. Once again this year, there was an award in the form of a bonus for particularly good performance.
