Study and work under one hat - it's possible!
- Jennifer shares how she perfectly combines theory and practice while gaining valuable experience in corporate communications.
.
Hi, I'm Jennifer, 25 years old, and have been working as a student trainee at Fritz Winter since October 2021. Since then, I have been able to gain a lot of practical experience alongside my studies, which I would like to tell you about.
Currently, I am studying business psychology in the master's program and work about 20 hours a week in corporate communications at Fritz Winter. Here I learn a lot about the topics internal as well as external communication and I am part of a great team. I particularly like the fact that I can act as a fully-fledged team member, which gives me a good insight into the wide range of tasks in the communications department. New company website, employee newspaper or classic press relations: my everyday life offers new, exciting challenges and tasks every day.
Working and studying can sometimes be very challenging. Thanks to flexible working hours and the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, I can combine work and study perfectly.
As a working student, I have not only been able to gain professional experience so far, but have also been able to take away many insights that are valuable for me personally.
