Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gießtechniken speziell für den Eisenguss 
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Reduzierung des Verbrauchs von Materialien und Energie
  • Einsatz und Nutzung von Gießprozess-Simulationen
  • Anwendung und Implementierung modernster Schmelz- und Gießtechniken
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Kreislaufwirtschaft durch Wiederverwendung, Reduzierung und Recycling von Materialien
  • Enge Abstimmung und Unterstützung mit anderen Abteilungen, um Projekte erfolgreich zu realisieren
  • Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen im gesamten Produktionsprozess durch kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Technologie-Scouting.
  • Bewertung von technischer und wirtschaftlicher Machbarkeit von Innovationen
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Werkstofftechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gießtechnik, Fertigungstechnologie und Produktionsplanung.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Analytisches und strategisches Denken
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und Innovationsgeist
