Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Abwicklung definierten Mitarbeiterbereich
  • Erstellung von Dokumenten, u.a. Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsergänzungen, Arbeitszeugnisse und Bescheinigungen
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten in unseren HR Systemen (hauptsächlich SAP SuccessFactors) und Verwaltung der Personalakte
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte zu arbeits- und tarifrechtlichen Standardfragen Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess (Terminierung, Korrespondenz, Vertragsangebote)
  • Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierter, professioneller sowie offener Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften
