Ihre Aufgaben
- Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsprozesse inklusive der Übernahme von Supportfunktionen
- Initiierung, Führung und Mitwirkung von Projekten mit höherer Komplexität innerhalb des Bereichs Einkauf
- Entwicklung globaler Einkaufsprozesse und Schaffung von Best-Practices unter Berücksichtigung „Responsible Procurement“
- Gestaltung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und Cost-Break-Down-Projekten
- Gewährleistung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP)
- Stakeholdermanagement als Erfolgsfaktor und Gestalter von Netzwerken und übergreifende Moderation von Beschaffungsprozessen
- Konzeption des zentralen Lieferantenqualifizierungsprozesses von der Lieferantenauswahl bis hin zur Lieferantenfreigabe
- Weiterentwicklung und Begleitung des einheitlichen Warengruppenmanagements
- Aufbau und Umsetzung eines Legal Monitorings zur Sicherstellung legaler Anforderungen
- Mitarbeit und fortlaufender Ausbau des Performance-Managements
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen für zugewiesene Aufgabenbereiche
- Erfolgreich absolviertes (Fach-) Hochschulstudiums (z.B. Nachhaltigkeit, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, etc.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige aufgabenrelevante Berufserfahrung im Umfeld eines international produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Kontinuierliche Fortbildung im Fachbereich
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und sehr hohe Innovations- und Veränderungskompetenz
- Analytische, konzeptionelle, lösungsorientierte sowie interdisziplinär angelegte Arbeitsweise
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Hohe Affinität zur IT (Kenntnisse im SAP, Onventis, Tacto und ähnliche Plattformen und Digitalierungs-Tools für den Einkauf bzw. das moderne Supply Management)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-C2)
- Bereitschaft, im In- und Ausland auf Reisen zu gehen
