Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft aller Fahrzeuge im unternehmenseigenen Fuhrpark
- Planung und Steuerung der Werkstattauslastung
- Durchführung von Fahrzeugdiagnosen und Reparaturen (LKW, Baumaschinen, Gabelstapler sowie periphere Systeme)
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Wartungsplänen
- Koordination des Werkstattteams
- Organisation von Herstellerschulungen zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Verantwortung für Garantieabwicklungen und Optimierung der Ersatzteilbeschaffung
- Nutzung des SAP PM Moduls zur Abbildung und Steuerung von Instandhaltungsprozessen
- Fokus auf hohe Verfügbarkeit des Fuhrparks, effiziente Abläufe und qualitativ hochwertige Werkstattarbeit
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse zur Steigerung der Gesamtleistung
- Unterstützung des Leiters Fuhrpark und Werkstatt bei der operativen und strategischen Führung
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im KFZ-Bereich
- Berufserfahrung in Fuhrparkmanagement und Werkstattorganisation
- Kenntnisse in der Diagnose und Reparatur von Nutzfahrzeugen, Baumaschinen und Flurförderzeugen
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von SAP PM oder vergleichbarer Instandhaltungssoftware
- Kenntnisse im Garantie- und Ersatzteilmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
