Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt unser Team im Bereich Bewerbermanagement, indem Du Ausschreibungen wie diese entwirfst, zielgruppenspezifische Kanäle für die Ausschreibung ermitteln und dich um die Veröffentlichung und die Bewerberkorrespondenz kümmerst.
  • Du organisierst und begleitest den Personalauswahlprozess aktiv und gewinnst erste Einblicke in Personalauswahlverfahren.
  • Du bringst dich in unsere Projekte zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung ein und koordinierst Themen immer mit dem Ziel, dich und das Unternehmen ständig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Personalbetreuung bei der Erstellung von Zeugnissen, Erfassung von Daten, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zum Beispiel zur Strukturierung und Systematisierung vorhandener Arbeitsaufgabenbeschreibungen.
Dein Profil
  • Du studierst Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du erste praktische Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Umfeld mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere bei PowerPoint und Excel.
  • Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, um neue Wege aufzuzeigen und zu gehen sowie eine hohe Eigenmotivation.
  • Du überzeugst uns durch Deine strukturierte, flexible und verbindliche Arbeitsweise.
