Ihre Aufgaben
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte im gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozess
  • Sichtung der Bewerbungsunterlagen und Betreuung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses
  • Entwicklung passgenauer Stellenanzeigen und Gewinnung geeignete Kandidaten via Active Sourcing
  • Konzeption sowie Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Employer Branding Maßnahmen
  • Onboarding der eingestellten Mitarbeiter und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Onboarding-Prozesses 
  • Pflege von Recruiting-KPIs sowie ständige Überprüfung und Verbesserung der genutzten Ansätze
  • Betreuung von Recruitingmessen und Veranstaltungen 
Ihr Profil
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Recruitment
  • Sehr gute und aktuelle Kenntnisse des Marktes und neuer Recruitmenttrends
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Neugierde an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses und  eigenverantwortlich Themen anzugehen sowie voranzubringen
  • Überzeugende und wirkungsvolle Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
