Ihre Aufgaben
  • Themenspezifische und proaktive Begleitung der Führungskräfte z. B. im Umgang mit Fehlzeiten, Entgelten, Arbeitszeiten oder Personalveränderungen
  • Identifizierung  von strategische HR-Themen und Gestaltung entsprechender Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
  • Begleitung der Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse und Personalentwicklungsthemen im Fachbereich
  • Beratung und Begleitung bei komplexen arbeitsrechtlichen Vorfällen im Fachbereich
  • Weiterentwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung relevanter HR-Prozesse 
  • Vorantreiben der Change- und Digitalisierungsthemen innerhalb des HR-Bereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer zukunftsorientierten Personalplanung sowie die selbständige Ableitung der Maßnahmen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Erfahrungen in der strategischen HR-Arbeit und Beratung von Führungskräften in einer vergleichbaren Position, z.B. als HR Business Partner, HR Manager oder Personalreferent (m/w/d)
  • Anwendungskenntnisse der Führungs- und Motivationsmodelle, Personalentwicklungsinstrument sowie idealerweise Anwendungskenntnisse der M+E Tarifverträge Hessen
  • Mehrjährigen Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Changemanagement
  • Moderationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und Fähigkeit zur Führung anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen
