One milestone after another. Already one year after the first ground-breaking, the US-plant of Fritz Winter experienced its ceremonial inauguration. Now, the millionth brake disc left the line.

The Fritz Winter Iron Foundry solemnly inaugurated on October 26, 2017 their new US Headquarters in Kentucky with a first production line. One year after the groundbreaking, the new production plant of Fritz Winter Iron Foundry (Eisengießerei GmbH & Co. KG) at Franklin (Kentucky) was ceremonially inaugurated by means of a „Ribbon Cutting Event“.

With the start of construction for the new production plant at Franklin (Kentucky), the company Fritz Winter Eisengießerei GmbH & Co. starts a new chapter of its company history full of traditions. On a surface of approx. 25.000 square meters, the new construction of a foundry with a mechanical machining shop will be generated.

Stadtallendorf – The company Fritz Winter Eisengiesserei GmbH & Co. KG will invest more than 100 million € in the first phase of the new construction of a foundry and mechanical machining plant in Franklin, Kentucky in the coming years.
