We define quality as:

the conformity of products and services meeting the customer's specifications.

Behind this high standard is the firm determination to design, produce and sell products and services which fully comply with the customer's requirements – or exceed them – and thus ensure the satisfaction of our partners.

A large number of awards from our customers demonstrate our fulfilment of quality standards in practice.

Since 1995, our integrated quality management system has been annually audited by an external auditing company to check its effectiveness.

Fritz Winter is a certified company under DIN EN ISO 9001 and, as from 1998, under TS 16949. You will find all our certifications (Det Norske Veritas, Lloys Register, Germanischer Lloyd) at Downloads.

Convincing product and process quality is not only achieved by a formally consistent quality management system – it is assured by the effective use of modern methods and techniques.

The QA information systems used by Fritz Winter document and present the results of the measuring and testing procedures in all stages of production.


Laboratory data from chemical examinations, mould material, raw material tests and metallurgical analysis, provide up to date on-line information about the progress of production.
