Job description: Restaurant specialist in the company-owned Ringhotel, Parkhotel Stadtallendorf

Restaurant specialists serve guests in all modes of the hospitality industry. They advise, recommend, put together food and beverages and serve them. They issue bills and take the money. Restaurant specialists prepare festivities and events and organise them. As in all catering occupations it is impossible to avoid working on Sundays and holidays; however statutory provisions ensure that this is offset on weekdays.

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
